Think quick access to Allt a’ Mhuilinn, then the legendary Tower Ridge on Ben Nevis, topped off with an unforgettable singletrack descent OR the Summit of Cairngorm with a full round of the Northern Corries picking up either Afterthought Arete, Pygmy Ridge or one of the long scrambles on Lurchers Crag above the deep Lairig Ghru on the way! This takes Mountain Biking to the next level with the ULTIMATE Combination Experience

Why Is Aviemore the Best Base for MTB Riding in Scotland?
We’re the local experts, and we live in Aviemore, right in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. MTB companies from across the UK travel here to ride the trails and mountains, but this is our backyard. We know the best lines, hidden gems, and how to make the most of the conditions on the day.
From Aviemore, it’s easy to travel in any direction to find the best riding and the best weather. We can make last minute decision to ride the best trails for the conditions. Sitting in the rain shadow of the surrounding mountains, conditions in the Spey Valley are often better and more reliable than the forecast suggests.
Within an hour, you have access to an incredible variety of riding, from natural singletrack and big backcountry mountain routes to bike parks like Laggan Wolftrax and Glenlivet, pump tracks such as Woodland Wheels, jump lines at Carrbridge and Grantown-on-Spey, as well as superb gravel riding and a huge network of family-friendly trails.

Whether you’re chasing big mountain adventures, flowy trail riding, jump lines, or relaxed family rides, Aviemore and the Cairngorms offer an unbeatable base for MTB and eMTB guiding in Scotland.
