IMPROVERS – Jump, Pump, Drop and Roll

SENDER IXS BIKE PARK
This 1-hour Improvers MTB coaching session, with additional freeride time afterwards, is designed for both young and adult riders who can already confidently ride small jumps and drops. The session may also include elements of pumping and rolling techniques, depending on group ability.
Due to the limited time, we focus on developing one key skill — either jumps or drops — based on the needs of the group. If you are specifically looking to improve one of these areas in depth, we recommend booking a private MTB coaching session or multiple sessions to maximise progression and avoid disappointment.
This session is an excellent opportunity to explore Sender Bike Park in Aviemore, Cairngorms National Park, while developing a stronger understanding of body position, bike movement, and core bike-handling skills. Riders will build confidence and control by refining fundamentals before consolidating on small jumps and drops. If appropriate, the session may progress to time on our MTB Airbags for safe skill development.
